Cambridges main attractions are the magnificent colleges of one of the worlds most famous Universities. But Cambridge also has many other attractions and has over recent years built up a thriving high tech economy and is the center for the UKs computing and IT industries.
One of the enduring images that most visitors have of Cambridge is that of taking a relaxing punt on the Cam. This is still a very popular activity and provides a great way of seeing Cambridge and the magnificent colleges from the Backs. A word of caution, Punting can be a little tricky, so if you are not feeling overly energetic, hire one with a Punter to do the work!
